Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.

Refunds:

We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

Instead, approved returns receive a store credit voucher equal to the purchase price.

Return Process:

Returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Non-returnable Items:

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Condition Requirements:

Returned items must have all original tags and packaging intact.Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
